The ethics at our educomplex

The ethics and the values include guiding principles which are the base of a totally clear politics, defining rules and in decision making, generally. Each individual has certain ethical norms and value system which can be against the values and ethical norms of the educomplex. Consequently, the document "ethical and disciplinary norms" of the "Ohanyan" educomplex, which each pupil of the college signs, assists to reconsider and refine their norms and be led by the norms of the college during the study years. The activities and steps, which can be accepted outside the educomplex, may be considered unacceptable at the college. The message of the council of the educomplex founders, the directorate and whole pedagogical staff is to teach and bring up socially responsible individuals through ethical and high moral value system.

THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS BY THE CLASSES

The application for all age groups should be filled in at place.

It is also obligatory for pupils being admitted to the 10th class to have the certificate of the 9th class.

THE ADMISSION ORDER

At "Ohanyan" educomplex since January 2009 the admission is realized by the following way:

It is necessary for the free of charge places

57 - 60 scores got from the coded written works in Armenian, Mathematics, Russian, English at the college
excellent progress in all the subjects
to be inerviewed in physics, biology, chemistry, geography corresponding to national programs
the fee for the free of charge and discounted places remains in force for a school year. It is reconsidered in the end of the year and it remains valid in the next school year too if a pupil has had an excellent progress in the corresponding year.

CONDITIONAL ADMISSION

A pupil can be admitted conditionally in case of not meeting the educational norms of the college
A pupil is dismissed from the educomplex in case of having low progress in all subjects in two consecutive terms
(in some cases it is possible to take into account a pupil's progress and diligence)
Pupils, studing in both paying and free of charge system, can be under the conditional system if they are not diligent and disciplinary
In case a parent wishes it will be possible to work individually (organization of lessons out-of-school hours) with the pupils under the conditional system.

DISMISSAL ORDER

Every year till September 10

A document of disciplinary and ethical norms is signed with pupils, whereas an agreement is concluded with the parents
A pupil is shifted to the conditional system of education in case of violating the disciplinary and ethical norms as well as having low progress. A pupli is dismissed if he/she remains under the conditional system in two consecutive terms and his/her behaviour and progress don\'t satisfy yet.
A pupil is dismissed from the educomplex in case of receiving a verbal and three written remarks within a year.
A pupil can be dismissed without notice in case of gross violation of the clauses of the above-mentioned documents. In this matter the director's, the pedagogical council's and founders' council's decision is of significance.
